More About ATRA

The six departments of ATRA represent the main business areas of the institution. Under the leadership of the department president, each department is responsible for planning and promoting its own work, and holds meetings of the department; Preparing seminars and providing guidance activities for emerging scholars and members; Promote continuous communication among department members through email lists and social media throughout the year.


Department Description


1. Higher Education Department. Carry out activities for university teachers, undergraduate, master's, and doctoral students, including academic research exchanges, mutual visits, and study tours.
Professional development and training programs for higher education institutions. Intended to cultivate the research abilities of teachers and graduate students, and to participate in activities that promote knowledge and enhance research skills.


2. Secondary Education Department. Carry out activities targeting middle and primary schools, including teaching research, mutual visits, study tours, and other exchange activities.
Secondary School Professional Development and Training Program. Intended to cultivate the research abilities of teachers and students, and to participate in activities that promote knowledge and enhance research skills.


3. Ministry of Early Childhood Education. Carry out activities for young children, including teaching exchanges, mutual visits, seminars, and research activities.


4. Vocational and Technical Education Department. Carry out teaching exchanges, mutual visits, and research activities for vocational and technical colleges.
Professional development and training plan for vocational and technical schools. Intended to cultivate the research abilities of teachers and students, and to participate in activities that promote knowledge and enhance research skills.
5. Measurement department. Carry out teaching or other ability level tests for students and teachers.

A、 Outstanding Contribution Award for Teaching and Research
The Outstanding Contribution Award for Teaching Research is the highest recognition of outstanding achievements and success in the field of classroom teaching research. It aims to promote, inspire, drive, and suggest the best classroom teaching models and related research results.

 

B. Teaching Management Innovation Award.
This award aims to recognize managers who have unique explorations and influences in school teaching management. Global screening, held every three years, with 20 participants per session.
 

C. Outstanding Teaching Award
This award aims to recognize teaching masters who have excellent teaching skills and good classroom effects in a certain subject. Global selection. Every three years. Each session produces 10 students, covering subjects such as mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, geography, history, literature, education, art, and sports.

D、 Outstanding Teaching Book Award
This award is to recognize the best book publication in the field of classroom teaching research and development for the year.

 

E. Excellent Media Reporting Award for Teaching Research
This award aims to recognize media professionals whose work reflects a broader perspective on promoting the social value of classroom teaching.
