I have always believed that interest is the best teacher, and primary school is a very important starting stage for students' writing. If we can stimulate students' interest in learning, we can effectively play the role of students as the main body. Teaching composition has always been a distressing issue for me and a headache for students. When it comes to writing, they become afraid and even ask if they need to use some composition before going out for activities... In the context of the new curriculum reform, Chinese language teachers need to constantly reform the evaluation methods and improve their comments in composition teaching, so as to stimulate students' interest in writing and enable them to write in a pleasant atmosphere.

1、 Diversified evaluation, creating a ruler in the heart

Previously, when I evaluated students' compositions, I used a combination of comments and grades. Children nowadays prefer an open approach and have lost interest in essay evaluations that only have scores and concise comments. This method is too vague, and the comprehensive scoring cannot reflect the specific advantages and disadvantages of the article. Teacher comments often require brevity, only stating what is good or bad. Students know what they are but don't know why, and sometimes they don't know how to correct it, which makes it difficult to motivate students and effectively improve their writing skills. Therefore, teachers should make corresponding changes to the grading standards for essays.

When grading students' compositions, it is important to give them positive feedback. For example, for students with learning difficulties, they are already able to write two paragraphs around the center, and the writing is very neat. They have learned to start with the method of describing their appearance, and the teacher has already seen this person's appearance in front of them! "" The paragraphs are arranged in parallel, and the structure is clear and organized. Keep it up! "" This time, I can write about my own experience, and I feel the sadness you felt at that time. Believe in yourself, you can do it! "" Of course, this does not mean ignoring the problems that arise in students' essays. We should pay attention to students' strengths and start from the perspective of "suggestions", so that students can double their confidence in writing after receiving praise.

Each assignment has a training focus, and before starting to practice each assignment, I give students a ruler in their minds to clarify the standards for each assignment in advance. Only with a ruler in their hearts can their compositions move in the right direction. Undoubtedly, a good essay must be focused on its intention, so I will always include this standard in the first evaluation. In addition, there are also evaluation criteria such as cleverly arranging structures and carefully refining language.

Mr. Ye Shengtao said it well: "It's better for teachers to make revisions than for students to make revisions themselves. It's better for students to make revisions together than for students to make revisions individually." The evaluation of essays is inseparable from students' revisions, and collective evaluation by classmates can not only reduce the difficulty of evaluation, but also make the evaluation more accurate. Students work in groups of six, and each group elects a leader. During the communication process, the problem of spelling errors easily disintegrated, and I took it more seriously than correcting it myself, so I am particularly confident in leaving it to them to review and correct. With the aim of benefiting classmates, I provided them with specific suggestions, ranging from careful consideration of a single word to adjustments to the structure of the article, all of which were guided by evaluation and clear direction. The evaluation of a composition can be done by a group of students reading it as a whole, assessing their impression index, and then dividing the evaluation into other aspects.

2、 Clever criticism and skillful modification, igniting the power of emotions

In class, I provide students with opportunities for mutual evaluation and interaction. Sometimes, I also allow students to use online learning platforms to understand others' online learning achievements and status. Students can learn from each other and achieve common progress. The students formed a composition grading group, and parents also participated in it.

(1) Group organization method: Select a group leader, with 4-5 people forming a WeChat group (fixed), coordinate allocation, and I participate in each group chat.

(2) Method of review: Group members collaborate with each other to complete the review task together. Each group will grade 4-5 essays at a time and take turns exchanging reviews. Evaluate from the perspective of intention, content, and structure, and directly send voice or text suggestions. On the basis of group review, I will make appropriate supplementary reviews as needed.

Based on the composition evaluation course in school, students have rich experience. After the revisions were completed and submitted, many students' essays had already received considerable feedback and suggestions, some of which were very relevant. I didn't provide a specific evaluation, but instead let the students read the text and listen to the audio on their own. If there are areas worth learning from, they will absorb them. If there are areas that cannot express their own ideas, they will be set aside and automatically filtered. Although parents did not participate in this process, they were able to see the interaction between their own children or other children's children, and to some extent, understand the students' writing ability. Whether it's students' writing skills or their own communication abilities, I think they all belong to their growth. Actually, I have a preliminary idea. As I lead two classes, I want to break the group lineup of each class. Each class has its own characteristics and abilities, and this process is also a process of learning and improvement.

Sukhomlinsky once said, "The joy of success is a tremendous emotional force that can promote the desire of teenagers to study hard." Students can achieve great success from this back and forth grading process, and while writing overall evaluations for them, I also pay attention to the students who make the evaluations. I will also provide some opinions or evaluations based on their specific suggestions, and offer more rewards and praise to students who propose appropriate modifications. Being able to evaluate and comment on others' works, students must have a high sense of achievement in their hearts. When he can provide effective suggestions, do I still worry that he may not write well? So I strongly agree with Mr. Ye Shengtao's statement that 'articles need to be self revised, and students can only write good articles by learning the ability to self revise.'.

After the evaluation, there is another important step, which is to appreciate the excellent works. Each time, select several articles and have the author read them out loud, while other students carefully appreciate and think while listening. After reading aloud, the young author briefly introduces the ideas, selection perspectives, and conceptual methods of the article, and then other students discuss these topics and express their own opinions. In such a discussion process, students can not only appreciate excellent compositions, but also have a clearer understanding of writing methods. In this process, teachers can provide appropriate guidance and participate in student discussions, truly returning the classroom to students and allowing them to enjoy it.

The above are some of my practices in composition teaching. The main body of the classroom is the students, and composition creation is their own, so students are better able to grasp this classroom. When evaluating essays, it is important to pay more attention to students' writing process and emotional attitudes, encourage them, create a relaxed atmosphere, and conduct diverse evaluations to promote the improvement and comprehensive development of students' writing skills.
