1、The advantages of primary school Chinese composition teaching under the background of new curriculum reform
Under the background of the new curriculum reform, there are several advantages to carrying out primary school Chinese language teaching, including:
(1)Stimulate students' interest in writing.
The traditional teaching model limits students' thinking and cannot promote the development of their imagination, making it difficult to stimulate their enthusiasm for writing. The new curriculum reform requires primary school students to improve their comprehensive quality in the writing process, and has greatly improved and innovated the teaching mode, enabling students to explore the connotation of Chinese language at a deeper level and deepen their understanding of Chinese knowledge.
(2)Enrich the connotation of Chinese language teaching.
Traditional composition teaching encourages students to write for the sake of writing, and students are unable to proficiently and effectively apply the knowledge they have learned in their own compositions, which limits their freedom of development. The new curriculum reform requires teachers to use information technology to impart knowledge during class, increasing the connections between subjects and enriching teaching content while improving students' learning efficiency. And help students master a large amount of writing materials.
Cultivate students' creativity.
In traditional teaching, the teaching content is dull and boring, which undermines students' interest and enthusiasm for learning Chinese language knowledge. The proposition form of Chinese composition restricts students' thinking space. In the context of the new curriculum reform, teachers should pay attention to exploring students' thinking, asking open-ended questions to students, and cultivating students' divergent thinking. At the same time, in the teaching process, teachers should guide students to imitate before creating, firmly establish their basic knowledge, and then engage in more difficult creative writing.
2、Methods of Teaching Chinese Composition in Primary Schools under the Background of New Curriculum Reform
(1) Pay attention to material accumulation
People say that life is the source of writing. A good essay is not something that can be achieved overnight, but rather it is something that accumulates over time. And our lives are a great place to accumulate writing materials. In daily life, teachers should encourage students to observe their surroundings carefully. For example, if the writing material of an article is described in the form of scenery, teachers can let students observe the parks or scenic spots around them. Introduce the classroom of composition writing into daily life, and bring the classroom into nature. When writing about grass, students can observe the growth environment of the grass, allowing them to experience its strong and resilient characteristics from another perspective. If it is a landscape, let students be good reference materials. When using trees as a reference, students can observe the changes of trees in the four seasons, which can bring the material into life. Life is a big stage, and it is necessary to cultivate the habit of careful observation among primary school students and accumulate various materials.
In the study of 'Three Visits to the Thatched Cottage', Liu Bei invited Zhuge Liang three times. He is a person with perseverance, determination, and respect, who knows how to be good at uniting and has stronger abilities than himself. At this time, when students have a deep understanding of Zhuge Liang, the teacher guides students to read the famous novel Romance of the Three Kingdoms, organizes students to learn more about the figures of the Three Kingdoms, enriches students' knowledge and vision, and improves students' cultural heritage.
(2) Utilize information technology
Primary school students are in a period of development, and their psychology and physiology have not yet matured. The motivation for learning mostly comes from interest. Therefore, if students have no interest in writing or even develop resistance, it is difficult for them to improve their writing skills. Therefore, teachers should pay attention to cultivating primary school students' interest in writing, use teaching tools to stimulate students' learning interest, fully tap into students' subjective initiative, and encourage students to actively participate in the writing process, shifting from passive knowledge acceptance to active creation. Elementary school students are relatively young and have a higher acceptance of visual and vivid things such as pictures and music, so teachers should make use of their natural characteristics. The rapid development of modern information technology has been widely applied in education and teaching. Teachers should be able to use information technology to present writing materials to students in the form of images, sounds, and animations, making writing teaching no longer singular but vivid and stimulating students' multiple senses, mobilizing their thinking, and enabling them to boldly imagine and actively create. The application of information technology in primary school Chinese composition teaching can not only stimulate students' interest in learning, but also enable them to intuitively understand composition knowledge, attract students' attention, and maximize their potential. Intuitive and vivid information technology can stimulate students' interest in writing and improve their writing ability
(3) Unleash students' imagination
The "Curriculum Standards" advocate that students should independently draft questions and write less propositional essays, and "cherish their unique feelings". Teachers provide favorable conditions and broad space for students' independent writing, reduce the constraints on students' writing, encourage free expression and creative expression. I believe that writing imaginative essays can cultivate students' innovative thinking, which is an important way of personalized expression and creative expression. Students also enjoy writing such articles. For example, I often assign similar assignments to them, and students fully demonstrate their imagination and express their creativity in the assignments. For example, asking students to come up with slogans for the class atmosphere, and combining them with topics that interest the students in the class to write exercises such as "Is it better to have class cadres fixed or take turns?" "Should elementary school students do homework?" or organizing a handwritten report, among other flexible writing forms, can enhance students' interest in writing and improve their abilities in various aspects.
3、Emphasize the evaluation, revision, and communication of assignments.
The evaluation and communication of writing is an important part of writing guidance. In the new textbook, each assignment requires students to read their own work to their group or to the whole class. Reading the composition in their mouth can easily reveal various problems such as improper vocabulary and awkward sentences. This is a good way to revise the composition and an effective way to cultivate students' language sense. I attach great importance to essay grading. I strive to provide every student with an opportunity for face-to-face grading once a semester, so that students can clarify which aspects of their writing are good, and receive intuitive and targeted guidance. Through encouraging words from teachers, students can feel valued and confident in themselves. During the process of commenting and communicating, students are encouraged to fully exercise their autonomy by selecting representative compositions for the whole class to evaluate. This triggers interaction between students and between teachers and students, allowing students to learn how to revise their compositions through independent cooperation and exploration, and continuously improve their editing abilities.
Primary school is the most fundamental and important stage, and people's habits are often developed and influenced throughout their lives during this stage. Due to the insufficient cultural accumulation and shallow social experience of primary school students, writing is relatively difficult for them. Many times, they don't know what to write, let alone how to write. Now, the new curriculum standards have new requirements for primary school composition, therefore, we need to continuously improve teaching methods and enhance teaching quality.
In short, in the context of the new curriculum standards for primary school Chinese writing teaching, teachers should focus on cultivating students' abilities to observe, think, and express themselves, and strengthen Chinese practical activities. Continue to explore and practice in existing writing teaching experience. Find more ways to enrich students' experiences and enhance their emotional expression, in order to help primary school students gradually improve their writing skills. Only in this way can students easily start writing, enjoy expressing themselves, and thus improve the efficiency of writing teaching.
