Abstract: Aiming at three major dilemmas existing in current junior high school physics classrooms, including situational segmentation (disconnection between knowledge and application), one-dimensional evaluation (emphasizing results over processes), and weakened student participation (insufficient student initiative), this paper proposes an innovative teaching model centered on the “life-cognition-science three-level situational chain” combined with an “AI-assisted dynamic evaluation system”. After two years of practical implementation covering 12 junior high schools in 6 provinces and cities (sample size n=1,586), the model has significantly improved students’ scientific inquiry ability (the compliance rate of experimental design increased by 37%), knowledge transfer and application ability (TIMSS assessment score increased by 28 points), and classroom participation efficiency (group cooperation efficiency reached 91%). Guided by core literacy orientation, this research develops localized teaching cases such as “Leverage Principle and Ancient Architectural Mechanics” and “Sound Exploration and Intangible Cultural Heritage Drum Music”, providing operable practical strategies for front-line teachers.
