Abstract

With the breakthrough development of generative AI technology, Chinese language education has welcomed an opportunity for structural reform. This article, based on three of teaching practice, explores the application path of AI in three core scenarios: writing guidance, classical Chinese decoding, and personalized reading, combined with cognitive diagnosis, situation perception, and dualpath intervention model. The research found that: intelligent writing scaffolding improves the efficiency of composition correction by 50%, the cognitive diagnosis system accurately identifies learning disabilities with an rate of 87%, and generative situation setting significantly improves student classroom participation ( 42%). At the same time, innovative mechanisms such as "human-machine collaborative teaching research" and "dynamic ethics review" are proposed to provide empirical references for the digital transformation of education.

1. Introduction: The Intrinsic Logic and Realistic Needs of Technology-Empowered Education

Current language teaching faces three major contradictions: the contradiction between standardized teaching and individual cognitive differences, the contradiction between limited teachers and precise guidance needs, and the contradiction between static textbooks and dynamic contexts. Artificial intelligence, through natural language processing (NLP), deep learning algorithms, and situation generation engines, provides new ideas for solving the above dilemmas. For example, technology can analyze students' compositions and provide personalized feedback and suggestions to help students improve their writing skills; deep learning algorithms can recommend suitable learning resources according to students' learning trajectories to personalized teaching; situation generation engines can simulate real cultural scenarios so that students can learn Chinese knowledge in a dynamic environment.

The Ministry of Education's "Action Plan for Education Inization 2.0" clearly proposes to "push AI to deeply integrate with teaching", and junior high school Chinese language, as the core carrier of ideological development and cultural heritage urgently needs to explore a new type of human-machine collaborative teaching model. This model can not only improve teaching efficiency but also stimulate students' interest in learning and promote their-round development. In addition, through big data analysis, teachers can grasp students' learning conditions in real time and adjust teaching strategies in time to ensure that every student can get effective.

2. The Innovative Application Scenarios of AI in Junior High School Chinese Language Teaching

(a) Intelligent Writing Guidance: From Grammar Correction to Structure

Traditional composition correction is limited by teacher's energy and mostly stays at the level of word correction. AI system achieves deep guidance through three-level advancement:

Basic: Based on NLP grammar correction (such as "Pen God Composition" tool), real-time annotation of language defects and redundant expressions, with an error recognition rate of 2%; In addition, the system can also provide synonym replacement suggestions to help students enrich their language expression.

Advanced layer: The structure optimization engine analyzes the text logic chain such as detecting the "event-emotion" mapping missing in "Family Love Narrative", automatically pushing the O. Henry style ending example; at the same time, engine can also identify repeated content and logical loopholes in the article and propose improvement suggestions.

Innovation Layer: Generative AI constructs a debate training field, such as inputting the viewpoint "the of technology outweigh the disadvantages", automatically generating a chain of counter-arguments, stimulating students' multi-dimensional argumentation skills; moreover, the system can also simulate debate scenarios in situations, enhancing students' on-the-spot adaptability and logical thinking ability.

Practice Case: After using the AI writing platform, the dialectical thinking index (I) of the experimental class increased from 3.2 to 4.8 (out of 6), and the winning rate of students in various composition competitions has significantly, showing the effectiveness of AI-assisted teaching.

(b Intelligent Decoding of Classical Chinese: From Mechanical Translation to Cultural Appreciation

To address students' "f of the ancients" mentality, a "technology-culture" dual-track teaching model is constructed:

AI Dynamic Annotation System: For example, when teaching "izhongshan Ji", the DeepSeek tool parses the soundscape imagery of "zhezhe yunxiao jian" in real-time, andously pushes the Poyang Lake soundprint database, making the abstract onomatopoeic words concrete;3 at the same time, the system can also provide related historical and cultural allusions, helping students to understand the deeper meaning of the text.

Virtual Situation Theater: Generative AI recreates historical contexts, such as generating VR of the lives of Qin dynasty garrison soldiers for "Chen She's Family", allowing students to understand the subversive10 through role-playing dialogues; addition, it can also simulate ancient market, government office and other scenarios, allowing students to experience various aspects of ancient society first-hand, so as to better understand the social background character emotions in classical Chinese.

The Cross-Space Debate Platform: Students debate the gains and losses of the reform as Su Shi with AI Wang Anshi, deepening cultural through language use; this platform can also set up other historical figures for dialogue, such as Li Bai and Du Fu discussing poetry creation, or Yue Fei and Xiniji discussing military strategies, through these interactions, students can not only improve their language expression ability, but also deeply experience the cultural characteristics and essence of different historical periods.

(c) Personalized Reading Path: Dynamic Intervention Driven by Cognitive Diagnosis

Breaking through the limitations of "reading the same book", a four-stage intelligent system constructed:

A[Cognitive Diagnosis] --> B[Identification of Obstacle Types]

B --> C{Comprehension Obacles<br>/Critical Obstacles}

C --> D1[Push Background Material Package]

C --> D2Generate Dialectical Question Chain

D1 --> E[Dynamic Adjustment of Text Difficulty]D2 --> E

E --> F[Aptitude Development Map]

Diagram: AI-assisted reading dual-path model

Diagnostic Layer: Through eye-tracking   answering mode analysis, accurately identify type of obstacle (such as a student who has a 75% miss rate on "decoding the imagery of ancient poetry" and frequently re-looks and stays during reading process, showing difficulties in understanding the imagery).

Intervention Layer: Push three-dimensional animation analysis of the "moon" image (such as the tranquility of "The bright moon in front of the bed, suspected to be frost on the ground" in "Thoughts on a Tranquil Night" and the loneliness of "Lifting a glass invite the bright moon, facing the shadow to become three people" in "Drinking Alone under the Moon") for students with comprehension barriers, to help them intuitively feel emotional atmosphere of different poems. Generate a questioning framework for students with critical barriers: "Does Du Fu's 'concern for the state' include class limitations?", guide to think deeply about the social background of the poet's era and the deep meaning of his works.

Evaluation Layer: The literacy map dynamically displays the students' ability migration frominformation extraction" to "cultural critique" (such as a student who, after a period of learning, gradually developed from only being able to extract superficial information from poems to being to conduct cross-textual cultural comparison and critical analysis, and the literacy map clearly records this process).

3. Practical Challenges and Innovative Strategies

(a) Three-dimensional Deconstruction of Realistic Dilemmas:

Challenge dimensions

Specific performance

Feedback from front-line teachers

Technical fit

System and teaching rhythm mismatch;

"AI pushed materials occupy 20 minutes of classroom time" (interview at a school in Guangzhou)

Ethical risks

Tendency of thinking homogeneity

The repetition rate of argumentative essay points increased to 34%

Teaching staff gap

Technological application capability discontinuity

Only 38% of teachers master intelligent lesson preparation tools

(b) Innovative Strategies: Building an "Human-Machine Symbiotic" Educational Ecology

Dual-trackparation Mechanism

Teacher's Main Responsibility: Goal Setting, Cultural and Value Guidance

AI Assistance: Generating Situational Materials, Diagnostic Data Visualization

Example: In the preparation for "Kong Yiji," AI not only automatically generated a 3D model of a wine shop in Shaoxing during the late Q Dynasty but also provided abundant historical background information and a character relationship map. Teachers can use these resources to analyze the social environment and character psychology in the novel more deeply, thus more in-depth thematic discussions. For example, through the situational materials generated by AI, teachers can guide students to explore the theme of "laughter through tears," students to understand the profound connotation of the work in an immersive experience. At the same time, AI can also collect students' feedback data in real-time and visualize it, teachers adjust teaching strategies promptly to ensure that every student can gain the best learning experience.

Teacher's "AI Literacy" Training Path

Basic Layer: Mastering Tool (e.g., Doubao AI, DeepSeek) through workshops, teachers can become proficient in using these advanced AI tools through systematic training courses, understand their basic and application scenarios. This not only includes the operation guide of the tools but also covers how to effectively integrate these tools in teaching to enhance classroom interaction and student engagement.

Advanced: Learning Data Analysis Techniques, Interpreting Cognitive Diagnostic Reports, teachers need to deeply understand the basic principles of data science and master the usage methods of data analysis tools By analyzing students' cognitive diagnostic reports, teachers can accurately identify students' learning difficulties and knowledge blind spots, thus formulating personalized teaching plans to improve teaching effectiveness.

Innovative: Participating in Human-Machine Collaborative Research, Optimizing Algorithm Logic Together, teachers collaborate with AI experts to explore innovative applications of AI in the field of education. Through actual studies and project practice, teachers can not only enhance their own AI literacy but also promote the development of educational technology, providing students with more intelligent and personalized learning experiences,

4、Conclusion: A New Landscape of Technology-Oriented Chinese Language Education

Artificial intelligence is not a "ician" that replaces teachers, but a "catalyst" that reshapes the educational ecology. In classical Chinese teaching, AI breaks the "isolation between ancient and modern" and through big data analysis and natural language processing technology, it helps students understand the grammar and vocabulary of ancient Chinese, but it requires teachers to guide students to comprehend the spiritual universe behind characters and feel the essence of ancient culture; in writing guidance, although intelligent systems can optimize the expression structure, provide immediate feedback and improvement suggestions, the emotional temperature and ideological depth need to be co-built by teachers and students, and inspire students' creativity and critical thinking through interactive communication. Future research should focus on the integration of cognitive neuroscience and AIsuch as brainwave feedback regulation of learning paths), explore how to use brain science knowledge to optimize learning experience and improve learning efficiency, adhere to the essence of "establishing" in the torrent of technology, ensure that technological progress serves the all-round development of human beings, and cultivate new talents with humanistic literacy and social responsibility in the new era.
